Playground
Cliffe House is now home to a fantastic woodland adventure playground. The playground has some exciting features including a giant tyre tunnel, a zip wire, ‘tree-top’ walkways, barrel crawls and a slide.
The area formerly known as the secret garden is now the ‘Snake Garden’ and is home to a giant snake ........ fortunately made of stone. Originally created for Marshalls stone paving manufacturers to be the centre piece of their garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2008 and kindly donated to Cliffe House in 2009. This area also includes den building facilities, a fire pit and a picnic area.
Please be aware that the playground is only open to the public at the advertised times and that the rest of the Cliffe House grounds are out of bounds.
