Cliffe House is not a residential care home but it can provide non-residential facilities for day visits and some residential short breaks to support disabled people of all ages.
It has these excellent facilities for disabled children and young people, their parents and carers:
- Six bed residential bedroom suite on the ground floor.
- Two bed care unit with a full hygiene suite equipped with a track hoist. You can hire the care unit separately.
- A day visits facility with a full hygiene suite equipped with a track hoist and private changing areas.
- User friendly kitchen and diner.
- Accessibility ramps and improved parking arrangements.
- Accessible woodland adventure play area.
- Wide woodland paths.
- Wheelchair accessible pond dipping area.
Residential short breaks
Cliffe House can provide some residential short breaks to support disabled children and young people who wish to make use of its accessible facilities. The disabled young person who receives a residential service must be supported by a carer or be part of a group of people which brings along a support service.
